Exchanges

• Need a different color or size? No problem.
• Contact us and we’ll assist with your exchange after we receive the original item.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• The reason for the return or exchange
• Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

• Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• ATLASECA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
